PeriPro Support
PeriPro gives each day a color and a number from 1 to 10, from how you feel, the symptoms you log and, if you connect it, Apple Health. It describes what you record. If something isn’t behaving, start here.
Getting started
What does PeriPro do?
Each day gets a color and a number from 1 to 10. PeriPro builds it on your phone from how you say you feel, the symptoms you log and, if you connect Apple Health, your sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate against your own usual.
One short read says what’s behind the day in plain words.
What do I need to run PeriPro?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Apple Health is optional.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. What you record stays on your phone.
Logging
How do I log a day?
Tap Log. It takes three taps: how you feel, the symptoms that showed up, and bleeding or a note if you like. Your own recent symptoms come first in the list.
Can I log an earlier day?
Yes. On the Log tab, tap the day, then use the button on its day card to log it or add to it.
Apple Health
Do I have to connect Apple Health?
No. It’s optional. When you want it, connect from the Apple Health tile on Today or from Settings.
What does PeriPro read and write?
It reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, workouts, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, wrist temperature and menstrual flow.
It writes one thing: menstrual flow, only when you log bleeding in PeriPro.
How do I switch it off?
In PeriPro’s Settings, or in the Health app.
Your days and patterns
Where do I see my days?
The Log tab shows your days as a ribbon of weeks. Lenses switch what the ribbon shows: color, each of your symptoms, bleeding, or activity.
Why don’t I see any patterns yet?
Patterns appear once your record holds them.
The doctor page
What is the doctor page?
One page built from what you logged, for the last one, three or six months. Make it from the Doctor page button on the Log tab as a PDF or a CSV spreadsheet, and send it through the iOS share sheet, wherever you choose.
Does it show my daily numbers?
No. The doctor page carries no per-day numbers.
Moves
What is Moves?
One idea for today.
Why does Moves ask for my location?
For the weather line. It asks once, and Moves works without it if you decline. The Privacy Policy says what that request sends.
Reminder
Is there a reminder?
One: a morning check-in. It’s off by default. PeriPro offers it once, after your third log, and you can turn it on or off in Settings → Morning check-in. It is a local notification, scheduled on your phone.
Your data
Where does my data live?
On your phone. Your phone’s own backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) includes PeriPro if that backup is on; that is Apple’s backup of your phone, not a copy to us. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
How do I back up or move to a new phone?
Settings → Your data → Export everything writes a PeriPro backup file; save it wherever you like from the share sheet. On the new phone, Settings → Your data → Import a backup and pick that file.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Your data → Delete all data. It removes everything PeriPro stored on this phone. Menstrual flow PeriPro wrote to Apple Health is managed in the Health app. We have no copy to restore, so export first if you want one.
A note on advice
PeriPro describes what you record. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk with a clinician about what you see.
Still stuck?
Write to us about PeriPro.
Include your iPhone and iOS version and what you expected versus what happened. Please don’t send exports or health details unless we ask; we’d rather not have them.
